Gabriela Acosta

Yoga

Gabi Acosta is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 instructor with over a decade of experience, specializing in Restorative, Yin, and Slow Vinyasa yoga. Her teaching is centered on the philosophy of yoga for healing—a passion born from a personal journey of over ten years. Gabi discovered that by slowing down the pace and syncing the brain with the breath, she could dramatically improve her stress focus and overall health.

Rather than focusing solely on physical exercise, Gabi teaches yoga as a complete lifestyle system, integrating mindfulness and ethical living into every session. Her classes provide students with practical tools for daily life, supporting individual healing journeys through intentional alignment and deep stillness.

Melissa Hardison

Melissa Hardison

Yoga

Melissa Harden practiced yoga for years before a major back injury reshaped her relationship with her body. The injury brought her back to the mat with new intention, and her practice became more than movement — it became medicine. What began as rehabilitation evolved into a 20+ year devotion to breath, embodiment, and nervous system healing.

Melissa continues to work as a pediatric nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and her practice helps her regulate, restore, and cultivate resilience in the midst of life’s demands. She brings over two decades of clinical experience into every class, understanding the body not only through anatomy, but through lived experience — through pain, recovery, resilience, and regulation.

In addition to her 200-hour YTT and 100-hour somatic certification, she completed an intensive year-long apprenticeship with a shaman based in Mexico, studying energy healing, chakras, meridians, and psychic development. She weaves this knowledge into her teaching, combining somatic movement, energy management, and heart coherence techniques to support nervous system balance and embodied awareness. Melissa also integrates advanced bioenergetic technology, including the Mag Healy, to subtly infuse the space with supportive frequencies, enhancing nervous system regulation and elevating the overall experience for a high-vibe, deeply immersive practice.

Melissa teaches Hatha Vinyasa and Yin yoga with a strong emphasis on breathwork and somatic integration. Her intention is to create a space where students feel safe, empowered, and deeply connected — not performing, but listening; not pushing, but attuning.

Yoga led her home. Her hope is that it helps guide others home, too — reminding them that bliss is our birthright.
