Gabi Acosta is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 instructor with over a decade of experience,
specializing in Restorative, Yin, and Slow Vinyasa yoga. Her teaching is centered on
the philosophy of yoga for healing—a passion born from a personal journey of over ten
years. Gabi discovered that by slowing down the pace and syncing the brain with the
breath, she could dramatically improve her stress focus and overall health.
Rather than focusing solely on physical exercise, Gabi teaches yoga as a complete
lifestyle system, integrating mindfulness and ethical living into every session. Her
